Good to know

  • One licence, one PC. Several booths need one each.
  • You can renew before expiry. New time is added after your current end date.
  • Switching plans mid-term happens inside the app: Settings → Machine & licence.
  • Payment is by QR bank transfer. We record it automatically when the money arrives.
What's the machine code, and where do I find it?

It's the hardware ID of the PC running Fortomedia. Open the app, go to Settings → Machine & licence (Máy & bản quyền); the code is at the top. Paste it on the Buy page.

How soon can I use it after paying?

The transfer is recorded automatically and your PC is extended as soon as the money arrives. Fortomedia then signs the digital licence; your PC downloads it the next time it's online.

What happens when the trial ends?

The modes stay locked until the PC has a plan. Your events, frames and settings stay on the PC.

I'm moving to a new PC. What about my licence?

The licence is tied to the old machine code. Call +84 395 458 706 or send a request on the Contact page and we'll walk you through it.
